I am currently renting a chair from VAMP hair at Cardiff
all I ask is that you are kind & respectful to myself and those around me
I love a good chat but I can understand & appreciate that some just like to zone out when they have their hair done
so if you just want to zone out, pick up your phone, a magazine or a book & I will pick up on the vibe that you just want to chill
you can even tell me at the start of your appointment after your consultation that you just want to zone out & I will respect your wishes
please don’t think that you are offending me by doing this because I completely understand that you may want to just zone out
i am extremely happy to take on new clients but just to give you a little bit of warning my appointments do book out quickly especially my nights & Saturday’s as my rebooking clientele usually book 12 months ahead
new clients will be required to pay a non refundable deposit that will be taken off their total cost at their appointment
i share a booking system with VAMP hair, so when you click on the link it will take you to their online booking system but I am the only one that uses the online booking option
when booking online I will review your contact information, if any of this information is faulty I will not accept the online booking appointment
i will make contact if I think something is faulty
if you are a new client booking online I will contact you before accepting your appointment to get your deposit, your appointment will be reserved whilst I do this however if I don’t get contact & deposit from you within 24hrs your online booking will be cancelled
being on the VAMP booking system allows you to receive appointment reminder sms’s 2 days before your appointment
these can’t be customised, so when you receive the sms it will be from VAMP but will have that your appointment is with me
i require at least 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment, less than 24hrs notice will result in you having to pay a fee of 50% of the service you were booked in for & that fee will need to be paid before booking another appointment

if you don’t show up to your appointment & have given no notice, I require you to pay a fee of 100% of the service you were booked in for & this needs to be paid before booking another appointment

if for any reason you aren‘t satisfied with your hair I require you to let me know within 7 days from you appointment day
we can then discuss the next step & process to be taken
there are 3 allocated car parks out the front of VAMP’s salon space, one of which is a disabled car pack
please only use these 3 parks (you may park in the disabled car park if it is available as it isn’t registered & you won’t get in trouble)
or
park on the street or over at woolies
or
drive down the daycare driveway & there is a big parking space out the back
please do not park down the back of our driveway in the Lindbeck car park as they are not allocated for us & you will be asked to move
